  • 1 green pear, halved
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 10 raisins
  • 6 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp mint, chopped


  • 1Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • 2Cut the pear in half. Scoop out the core, forming 2 "boats."
  • 3Fill each half with 5 raisins, and then drizzle with agave nectar.
  • 4Sprinkle the chopped mint and cardamom on each half of the filled pear.
  • 5Place the pears in a baking dish and cover. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
